Esperanza M. Placencia

Esperanza M. Placencia, born on February 1, 1936 in Austin, TX was called to be with The Lord on February 28, 2021 at the age of 85. She is preceded in death by her husband, Homero Placencia. She is survived by her children, Hector Homero Plascencia, Jaime Javier Placencia (Sandra), Blanca Esperanza Placencia (Victor Espinosa), Rosie Angelica Placencia, Luis Alberto Placencia (Lourdes) and Lupita Idalia Plascencia (Arturo Jimenez); also, 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Jude Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Jose Burial Park.

Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, only 50 guests will be allowed in the chapel.

Facial coverings are required to be worn at all times while in the building.
