He is preceded in death by his parents, Atanacio and Beatrice B. Perez; his first wife Gloria F. Perez, siblings Juanita Perez, Fabian Perez, Pantaleno Perez, Frank Bermudez, Sebastiana P. Rodriguez, Victoria P. Lopez, Catalina P. Rivera and Crestina P. Herrera and grandson Mike Padilla Jr.

He is survived by his wife Josephine O. Perez. Daughters, Gloria Lopez, Maria Padilla, Beatrice Gutierrez, Angelica Martinez, Josephine Tarin and Sassy Lugo; son Roberto Perez ,18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 19 great great grandchildren; brother, Atanacio Perez Jr; sisters, Francisca P. Martinez, Maria Elena P. Valadez, Yolanda P. Sanchez, Rosita P. Rivera and numerous nieces and nephews.

He had a passion for music he loved playing his ACCORDION and He sang from his Heart. He loved playing for family parties small or large in good times and during the loss of loved ones and friends funerals. That was his way of given to others thru his talent of music. He loved giving serenatas during Mother's Day. He loved fishing, bbq's and making tacos for family and friends. He always had a joke and loved to make people laugh and put a smile on their face. He was loved by many and HE loved each one too.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service held at 7:00 p.m. A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at San Fernando Cemetery II.
