Mr. Eugene Centeno Sr., age 92 of San Antonio died Friday, August 23, 2002. He was a longtime building contractor, real estate broker and insurance agent. An avid fisherman who loved the ocean and loved to Bar B Que on holidays surrounded by his wife and children. He is survived by his wife Mary Louise Centeno; children Eugene Centeno, Jr. and wife Barbara, Rebecca C. Garza and husband Francisco Garza M.D., Ernest J. Centeno, Daniel E. Centeno and wife Annie, Martha Centeno and husband Oscar Martinez , George A. Centeno and wife Martha, Gilbert A. Centeno and wife Norma, and Robert R. Centeno; 18 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother William Centeno and numerous nieces and nephews. Interment San Fernando Cemetery #2 with military honors.
