Eulalio Corpus Sr.

Eulalio Corpus, Sr. was called home by his heavenly father on August 9, 2012 at the age of 83 yrs. He was born in Sabinal, TX on February 13, 1929 to Pilar and Juanita Corpus. He was a loving man who loved his family dearly and enjoyed being surrounded by them. He was a proud employee of the City of San Antonio and retired in 1991 after 25 yrs of service. After his retirement his hobby became fixing lawnmowers a pastime he enjoyed very much. He loved his Lord and Savior and faithfully attended Christ the King Catholic Church and Westlawn United Methodist Church every Sunday morning. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten by his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters and his loving wife of 52 yrs. Belen V. Corpus. He is survived by four generations, his children: Angelita Salazar (Frank), Estela Narvaez (Raymundo), Beatrice Gonzales (Adolfo), Eulalio Corpus, Jr. (Esther), Robert Corpus (Patricia), Belen Y. Corpus, 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will begin 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. that same evening, A procession will depart the funeral home 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. mass on Monday, August 13, 2012 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 2623 Perez Street. Interment to follow in San Fernando No.2.
