Jackie was born in Layfette, TN to Eva and Jim Wells on June 13, 1943. She married Neal W. Johnston (June 20, 1962) in (Alexandria, VA). She was involved in The Relief Society of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Jackie is preceded in death by Eva and Jim Wells and Neal Johnston.
Jackie is survived by children, James, Sean, Patrick (Gail) Johnston; sister, Janie Owens; grandchildren, Kristina, Colby, and Kayley; and great grandchildren, Camille and Keyton.
Visitation will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 7th at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home, next interment at Sunset Memorial Park at 3:30 PM, then followed by prayer services at 4:30 PM, next a Celebration of Life and Wake at 5:30 PM, in the Lone Star Hall on Monday, April 7, 2025 at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home with the Bishop Trip of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, officiation. Arrangements were made by Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
