She was born January 19, 1910 to Stillman Sanford Hancock and Louisa Velara Hancock in Robertson County, TX. She married Elmo Gandy in 1929.
She was a long time member of the Baptist Church, and a charter member of the Southern Oaks Baptist Church in Kerrville, TX.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, Elmo Gandy in September 1973.
She is survived by son, Bob Gandy and wife Gloria; grandsons and wives Gregg and Pam Gandy all of Fair Oaks Ranch, TX; Geff and Nanci Gandy of Houston, TX; great grandchildren, Mathew, Grant, Garrett and Grace; sister Nancy Reid of Bellville, TX; numerous nieces and nephews.
Fannie loved the Lord. She loved her family, and she will be missed.
