Fernando settled down in San Antonio, Texas where he worked as a journeyman electrician. Starting his apprenticeship in 1995, with disciplined dedication to always doing a job well done. He continued his education to becoming a journeyman and eventually earning a reputation of being not just an electrician but one with a standard of excellence. That standard helped build his own company, providing world class service and providing employment for several colleagues.
Work was not the only focus of Fernando’s life, he also spent time giving back to his community; sponsoring his children’s schools beginning with their education at Holy Spirit Catholic School and continuing with Incarnate Word and Central Catholic. He loved watching his favorite sports teams, such as the Dallas Cowboys, Santos Laguna Mexico Soccer Team and of course the San Antonio Spurs.
Fernando treasured his free time, finding the joy in taking walks and going hiking with his wife, and two children and their little Chihuahua. He was the greatest supporter to his sister when she competed in marathons and triathlons, cheering her on emphatically. Fernando loved every opportunity he had to spend with his family especially hosting birthday and holiday parties.
Any opportunity Fernando got to spend with his family brought him tremendous joy, and all those he loved will cherish the wonderful memories they have created with this wonderful man. He leaves behind his wife Leonor, son Fernando Daniel, daughter Victoria, his parents Conrado and Raquel, his brother Conrado Jr., and his sisters Nancy and Cynthia. His beloved in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and so many close friends.
