Frances Marie Dugosh went to eternal rest with the Lord on September 22, 2010 at the age of 83 after a long battle filled with suffering and pain. She was born February 21, 1927 in San Antonio, TX to the late William and Josephine Farrish. Frances attended Little Flower Catholic School. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Dugosh and her loving daughter, Karen Zunker. Frances is survived by her children, Pat Schnuriger and husband Joe, Charles Dugosh and wife Shirley, Gerard Dugosh, John William Dugosh, Mary Ellen Dugosh and beloved nephew Larry Balmos, as well as 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, September 27, 2010 from 4PM to 9PM with a Holy Rosary to be held at 7PM at Sunset Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 9AM at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, 4401 S. Flores St., San Antonio, TX 78214. Frances will be laid to rest following the mass at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Little Flower, 824 Kentucky Ave., San Antonio, TX 78201.
