Frances was born in Waco, Texas to Henry Wallace Brewer and Mary Helen King. She was a devout Catholic and Charter member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church since its inception in 1954.
She worked at Kelly Air Force Base during World War II and later retired from there in 1990.
Frances loved her family very much and was always overly attentive to their needs.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Nancy Gibson.
She is survived by her sons, Henry Stein, John Stein and his wife, Mari, and Fred Stein and his wife, Leslie; daughters, Shirley Weise and Betty Hajek and her husband, Bill; sisters, Carolyn Duffin and her husband, Jack, and Marion Slaughter; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
