Frances "Fran" Williams, a beloved soul who graced this world for 90 years, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2025, in Converse, Texas. Born on July 25, 1935, in Springfield, Massachusetts, Fran's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and service, woven with vibrant threads of adventure and compassion.

Fran's journey was marked by an unyielding zest for life. Her friends fondly recall her infectious laugh that could light up any room and her warm smile that offered solace to many. Fran was a beacon of kindness, dedicating countless hours to charitable organizations, always seeking to make the world a better place. Her 30-year career at Randolph Air Force Base as a cherished member of the Chaplain's office was a testament to her nurturing spirit, where she provided comfort and guidance to many who crossed her path.

An avid traveler, Fran's heart was as expansive as the horizons she explored. She loved nothing more than gathering with her friends for game nights or staying up late at night to watch her beloved Spurs play. Fran's legacy is lovingly carried on by her son, Jerry L. Williams Jr., and her sister, Judy Shriver. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Jerry L. Williams Sr., and her son, Mark K. Williams, with whom she is now reunited. The bonds she forged with her family were unbreakable, filled with memories of laughter and lessons that will be cherished forever.
