Frank was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Army in the North Africa Campaign. He retired from civil service in 1979. Frank was an active member of St. James the Apostle Catholic Church and El Jardin Senior Center.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Aurora. Survivors: daughters, Dolores Ornelas and husband, Robert, Cedar Park, TX and Betty Saenz and husband, Javier, San Antonio; grandchildren: Javier F. Saenz and wife, Cynthia, Liz Saenz, Christine Contreras and husband, Pedro, all of San Antonio, Robert A. Ornelas and wife, Cynthia, Cedar Park, TX and Monica Rizzo and husband, Blake, Houston, TX; 9 great grandchildren; 3 sisters and 1 brother.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. The family will receive friends Sunday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the Rosary at the Porter Loring Chapel on McCullough.
