He was a supervisor at San Antonio I.S.D. for over 23 years. Frank enjoyed going to the San Antonio river walk and visiting casinos.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda M. Pena; sons, Roger ( Patricia) Pena and Warren (Debbie) Pena; daughter, Diane Ruby Pena; granddaughters, Jackie, Sarah and Khorie Pena; grandsons, Jarryn and Kaemon Pena; great-granddaughter, Isabella; sister, Margaret (Les) Pierce; niece, Jacqueline (Ken) Frank and nephew, Paul (Michelle) Karam.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10, 2014 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough Ave.
