

Frank was a retired SMSgt who was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, and an Air Force Commendation Medal during his polished 28-year military career. Judit has many fond memories of traveling all over the world with her dad during his time in the Air Force.
After retirement, he worked for the US Postal Service in Austin for the last 14 years.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Judit Green and husband Carl; Judit's mother, Inge Vargas; 2 grandchildren, Elisabeth Gowen and Parker Green; sisters-in-law and their families, Elke & Jack Griffey, and Wilma & Fred Zink; loving companion, Donna Newell and her grandchildren; and many other loving family members in California and Ensenada, Mexico.
Frank was known as caring, giving, and always willing to help otherseven strangers. He touched many lives. To honor him, pass on kindness to others as he would have done.
Interment with Full Military Honors will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
