Garry Cole, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on August 21, 1952, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to parents, Harry Cole and Janell Crain. Garry enjoyed his time as an Account Salesman for the San Antonio Express News. An avid outdoorsman, he found solace and joy in hunting, embracing the serenity of nature and the challenge of the sport. His love for music was another cornerstone of his life, with a particular fondness for progressive and classic rock.
He was preceded in death by parents, Janell Crain and Harry Cole. Garry is survived by loving wife Cissi Cole; his son Mike “Miky” Walker (Ashley), grandchildren Isla, Stelan and Wylan; and sisters Caroline Casterline and Nancy Marshal; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation in Kendalia, Texas.
