'Mama Helen Wilson, 
 This is a late message to you and family in hearing Papa George Wilson went to heaven with God. Papa George's life had touched me through serving the LORD in Bataan, Philippines in 1989 with Mama Helen. May God richly bless your family.

'I have very fond memories of George since I was a small child. Mom (Louise Pittman) and 
and Aunt Jewel (Fox)loved him very much. We were very sad when Aunt Alma called. Love to your entire family'

'You have been gone for a week and I still can't believe you are not here, where I can just pick up the phone and say "Hey Daddy; I know I will do that for a long time I'm sure but, right now it seems unreal. I feel you in the wind and the warm sun that shines down on me as your sweet tender green eyes did. As we gather together to pay respects to the loving man I was so proud to call my Daddy, I will weep for me, not for you, for you are dancing the jitterbug and smiling down waiting patiently for the love of your life to join you someday knowing she is surrounded by her loving family but missing you so very much. I love you Daddy!'

'About the main man in my life; what an example was he indeed for me to see how great a man could be. He is the anchor whom provided his family of women security in the wind and the waves, in the identity of who's we are and where we are going. We have been so adored by him with a steadfast love, his wife by his side casting out all fear. Together hand and hand we saw what love could look like, their lives were truly one flesh honored and appreciated by one another. I see now what it means to be the other half of someone, the loss of my grandfather for me is considerable but to watch my grandmother be torn in two, knowing her heart is breaking is the greatest pain I've ever witnessed. At this time I find peace in knowing that the presence of my grandfather is one with Jesus, he is aware of all time and truth and to him he is not without his beloved. To my grandmother I pray that she continues to remember who's she is and where she is going. Together or apart you are near to my heart.'

'Our sincerest condolances to Helen and family. Our memory of George as the strong and helpful Christian family man has been an inspiration to us. The Lord has made us better for knowing George.'
