Gertrude P. Hoffman

Gertrude P. Hoffman, age 95, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on August 29, 1919 to Louis and Pauline Mehr in Bader Settlement. Gertrude retired from Sears.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilford J. Hoffman; daughter, Wilfreen Hoffman Gardner; sisters, Irene Jungman and Marlene Tschirhart.

Gertrude is survived by her beloved daughters, Rita Meyer (Quentin) and Rebecca Hoffman; she was a loving and proud grandmother to Michael W. Meyer (Anne), Stephen J. Meyer (Julie), Angie Jones (Ryan), Scott Gardner and Robert Gardner; great-grandchildren, Danielle Urbina (Eddie), Casey Meyer, Joshua Meyer, Ember Jones, Liam Jones and Brianna Jones.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Regent Care Center on Blanco Rd. for their kind and loving care of Gertrude.
