Gilberto Javier Garcia

Born in McAllen, Texas January 25, 1937 to Guadalupe and Herlinda Garcia of McAllen, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 29, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Linda Jackson of Casa Grande, AZ.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann; six children, Michael Garcia of San Antonio, TX, David Garcia of Las Vegas, NV, Karen (Ray) Magruder of St. Charles, MO, Maria (David) Martinez of Converse, TX, Glen Lee (Sherri) Clark of Baltimore, MD & Richard "Doc" (Karen) Clark of Helotes, TX , thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Rodolfo (Gloria) Garcia. Hook 'Em Horns.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2013 beginning at 6:00 P.M. at St. Brigid Catholic Church.
