He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 16, 1916. Colonel Finley was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He had a long military career, which included service in the United States, Korea, and Europe.
Col. Finley was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia J. Finley in 1994.
He is survived by his sons, Glenn Finley, III and wife, Ann of Washington Township, MI and Radcliffe Finley of Austin, TX; his daughters, Patricia J. Finley of San Antonio and Marylee F. Worley of Austin, TX; five grandchildren, Gary Finley of Indonesia, Kirk Finley and fiancée, Maggie Williams of Orlando, FL, Kelly and Melissa Finley of Washington Township, MI, Nikki Browder and husband, Albert of Petersburg, VA and Zander Zinger Browder of Petersburg, VA.
