Nancy I don't think you'll remember me but Glenn and I worked together as executives in HR at USAA. Glenn was one of the most honest and genuine people I had the pleasure of working with there. As things got crazy there I could always look over at Glenn in a meeting and grin because we were always faith based and on the same page. I would always think "Render to Ceasar the things of Ceaser and the things of God to God". Luke 20:25 It would get Glenn and I through the meeting. Glenn was a great asset to USAA snd I enjoyed working with him for so many years! So sorry that I missed the service----I don't understand how I missed the obit as I check the paper almost daily!

I was so sorry to hear about Glenn. He was a neighbor of ours when we were growing up as children. He and my sister, Bethel, were best of friends for years. Bethel went to be with the Lord at age 51 of cancer. Our prayers are with you and your family Nancy, though I never met you. In his emails which we discovered each other again after 50 + years he spoke so lovingly of you and your children. I pray that God give you comfort that only he can give. God Bless You. I knew Glenn at USAA. He was the commensurate gentleman ? always listened, always gave thoughtful answers. He will be missed.

Dear Nancy, Courtnay and family. I just wanted to say how sorrow I am that Glenn passed. He was the best boss I ever had. He knew how to treat people. I have many found memories of working with him. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Glenn was one of my favorite classmates at the Craft Center. I enjoyed looking over his shoulder to see what newfangled thing he was working on.

Nancy, Courtenay, Family & Friends, Susanne and I were deeply saddened to learn of Glenn's passing. I met Glenn when I joined USAA and thoroughly enjoyed working with him for many years. Over the course of time, we learned of his many talents from his music and art to his wonderful wit and sense of humor. We will miss him! May God comfort you at this most difficult of times. Dear Nancy: There has never seemed to be enough time for us to get to know each other better--another of the great regrets of my life. The annual parties for the Potter's Guild were just not enough. I learned so much from being Glenn's friend when we worked together at Southwest Craft and will sorely miss seeing him regularly. We have been in Taos since the Spring and will be unable to visit or attend his celebration of life. Please know our hearts are with you and your family. We will see you this winter we hope. Glenn was a never ending source of encouragement for me in clay studio and life. I valued his input and do believe my clay experience was enriched by his sharing of ideas. Dear Nancy and Courtenay: Thank you for taking the time to call me. Jan and I are so very sorry to learn of Glenn's passing. We wish you, Courtenay and family our sincerest condolences. Glenn was a very special man! He was one the most amazing individuals we've ever had the pleasure of knowing..a bright, intelligent, talented, diligent, personable, humorous, generous, sincere, thoughtful and caring person..a true professional with style, integrity and character. He has our fullest admiration and respect. I greatly appreciated him as a supervisor, mentor and friend. He inspired loyalty. Glenn was attentive and loyal to his friends and those he loved. Jan and I found much pleasure in his friendship along with yours and Courtenay's. No one has ever done more for us in a year in our lives than the Puckett family. Jan and I are so very appreciative. We loved our times together whether it was the hospitality and company within your home or on the go in the Metroplex. We marveled at Glenn's ability to play the piano by ear. Also, the many competitive games of Scrabble we shared were fun. Wow, seems Glen knew every U lettered word in the dictionary and often won..nuts! :- Utmost in light of everything, Glenn possessed the clever wit to capture moments with words to the pleasure of all. His perspectives hit the nail on the head e.g. the song "Send in the Clowns." You can't help but love a man like that! There is much we apply from his life to better ourselves. Glenn made a difference and he will be missed. I'm sure he wouldn't want us to dwell in sorrow without him. Glenn would opt his characteristic "wide eyed grin" wishing us to "forge ahead" and "Happy trails until we meet again!" We have many great memories of him to reflect upon and enjoy.
