Gloria J. Hernandez

Gloria and her husband were the founders of Pepe’s Tortilla Factory, located on W. Hutchins Road San Antonio TX. Through hard work and dedication, they built the business into a trusted staple of the community, proudly serving customers for over 50 years. Today, their legacy continues as their daughter has taken over the family business, carrying on the tradition they began.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 50 years, Jose G. Hernandez, and grandson, Matthew Hernandez.

Gloria is survived by her daughters, Marina Alcorta (Ignacio), Diane Mozisek, Ofelia Hernandez, sons, Joe Albert Hernandez, John E. Hernandez (Patricia), 6 grandchildren, 11 and great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on January 27, 2026, at St Leonard Catholic Church, located at 8510 S Zarzamora St, San Antonio, TX 78224, beginning at 10:00 am. A rosary will be recited at 10:30 am followed by Mass at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Mission Burial Park South, 8GVM+26, San Antonio, TX 78214, on January 27, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
