Gregoria Arriaga

Gregoria was born in Bocas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Aurelio Sanchez and Porfiria Niño on March 23, 1928. She married Amado Arriaga on July 2, 1944 in Bocas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She dedicated her life to being a loving stay-at-home mother, caring for her family and home for many years. She was an active member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses congregation, dedicating her life to her faith and to sharing kindness and encouragement with others.

Gregoria is preceded in death by Father and Mother: Aurelio Sanchez and Porfiria Niño, Husband: Amado Arriaga, Sons: Jesus, Filiberto, Rosendo, Amado, Daniel, Socorro, Marina.

Gregoria is survived by Angeles Castillo, Carmen Arriaga, Porfiria

Arriaga, Victorina Arriaga, Guadalupe Reyna, Laura Arredondo, 22 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at 5pm on Thursday November 6, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 7:30 pm with Noe Carmona officiating. Burial will take place at 9 am the following morning at Sunset Memorial Park.
