Guadalupe Abrego Gonzales

Guadalupe Gonzales born on May 27, 1925 in Robstown, TX. went to be with the Lord on January 24, 2018. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Genevieve Gonzales; parents Santiago and Felipa Gonzales; brothers Santos, Meliquiades "Mike", Adolfo & Alfredo Gonzales; son Miguel Ramirez. He is survived by his siblings; Consuelo Barrera& Amador Gonzales (Hortencia); daughters Maria Bedelia Martinez (Rudy) and Lucinda Lee (Richard); grandchildren Michael Ramirez (Janet), Mark Ramirez, Richard Lee (Sonia), Michelle Lee and Yvonne Martinez; also survived by great grandchildren Jessica Ramirez, Aaron Ramirez, Lauren Ramirez, Christina, John Lee, Angela Lee, Leslie Lage, Justin Lage, David Lozano, Avery Ramos & Isabella Ramirez; 5 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Guadalupe served proudly in the Army World War II. He received a purple heart. He will truly be missed by family and friends. A visitation will be on Monday February 19, 2018 at 5:00pm at Trevino funeral home on 226 Cupples Rd. with a rosary to be recited at 7pm. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:00 am on Tuesday February 20, 2018 to the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church for a mass at 11:45 am. Interment to follow at Fort Sam National Cemetery at 1:30pm.
