Guadalupe Ramiro Valdez was born on December 11, 1940. He was welcomed into the Lord’s hands and glorious kingdom on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at the age of 74. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Josefina Herrera Valdez, his parents Alberto and Leonarda Valdez, siblings; Ramiro, Alberto and Jesus Valdez. Guadalupe is survived by his loving children; Elizabeth Valdez Padron (Jose), Guadalupe Ramiro Valdez Jr., Angelica Maria Rodriguez (Anselmo), Diana Elizabeth Vidales (David III), grandchildren; Luis, Crystal, Isaiah Padron, Adam, David, Alexandra Rodriguez, Joselyn, David IV, Daniel Vidales, siblings; Juanita Leal, Jose A. Valdez, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. A visitation will begin Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. An evening service will be held Friday, February 6, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 10:15 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. church service to be held at Templo Victorioso Emmanuel, 241 Coopwood, San Antonio, TX 78237, with interment to follow in First Memorial Burial Park.
