Harold was retired from Civil Service as the SSA for the 90th Army Reserve Command and served in US Army Reserve and US Air Force during the Korean War with a total of 39 years of service.
Harold was a member of St. David's Episcopal Church.
Harold was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge, a 32nd degree Scottish Rite and York Rite Mason.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Ginger Ingram Riddle.
He is survived by his wife, Judith Capps Riddle; his sons, Bryan Riddle and his wife, Cindi, both of Ohio, Kelly Riddle and his wife, J. René, both of San Antonio; grandchildren, Bryan Jacob and Ashton Eugene; daughter, Deborah McInerney and her husband, John; grandchildren, Conner, all of San Antonio; brothers, Charles Robert Riddle of Upsilanti, MI and Harold Wayne Riddle of Sylvester, WV.
