Hartmut Reiner Herbert Amende, age 54, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 18, 2008 in Spring Branch, Texas after a courageous five year battle against cancer. He was a member of Northern Hills United Methodist Church and Gruene, Texas Harley Davidson, H.O.G. Chapter. He was preceded in death by his father, Hans Amende. Hartmut is survived by his wife, Patricia Amende; daughters, Heidi Amende Mullaley and Heather Amende with his first wife, Alma Lee Amende; son, Hans Amende; grandson, Colby Mullaley; mother, Christa Feder; brother, Siegmar Amende; sister, Eva Klose; aunt, Rita Carlsson; and cousin, Frank Carlsson.
