Later, she met the love of her life, Everard E. Belmar and shared 54 wonderful years of marriage together.
She had a passion for friends and family and devoted a majority of her life to her children and grandchildren. In 2001, her husband retired from the military and they relocated, making their home in San Antonio.
She is preceded in death by her mother and is survived by her beloved husband, Everard Belmar; son, Eric K. Belmar; daughter, Darlene Belmar; grandchildren: Christopher Belmar, Kelly Brecq and Stephanie Brecq; sister, Margie Borzi; numerous other relatives and many wonderful friends and neighbors.
