Helen Marie Lawrence, born August 3, 1933 in Aquilla, Texas to Estle David and Dorothy Lee Eddleman, passed away on December 21, 2013 in San Antonio surrounded by loved ones. Her humor, strength and love will be deeply missed by family and friends.
She is survived by her son John Lawrence and wife Kris, and daughter Stacey Weichert and husband Jeff. Grandchildren include Stephanie Reyna and husband Higinio, Shannon Trevino and husband Albert, Mark Allen and wife Jackie, and Glen Allen. Great-grandchildren include Brelyiah and Alex Foley, Elena Reyna, Joshua Jimenez, Joslynn Trevino, and Dakota and Cheynne Allen. Brothers include Freddy, Roy and David Eddleman of Waco. She is preceded in death by her dear husband James and brother Gary.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 pm on January 5, 2014, and service will take place at 12 pm on January 6 at Sunset Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston.
