Helen Martinez Suttles, born on December 30, 1956 in Defiance, Ohio was called to be with our Lord on March 2, 2016 at the age of 59. She is preceded in death by her parents, Christopher G. and Mary Lou Reza Martinez. She is survived by her children, Mary Lou Ybarra, Janie Salazar, Emily Suttles and Abel Salazar; 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Vivian M. Martinez (Carman) and Norma Vaquera (Juan); brother, Christopher Martinez (Debbie); nieces and nephews; Christopher, Melissa, Jesse, Mary Lou, Jennifer, and John. The Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2016 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
