Henry Gonzales Jr.

He was born on August 10, 1958, In Jourdanton, Texas, to Enrique and Dora Castro Gonzales, who preceded him in death.

Henry will be remembered for his sweet nature, quiet spirit, and gentle heart. In his younger years, he had a passion for boxing and won several trophies. He was known for his soft chuckle and for always having a can, cup, of bottle of Big Red in hand

He is survived by his sister, Genoveva "Jeanie" Trevino, his brothers, Adolfo "Adolph" Gonzales (wife Adela) and Joe DeHoyos (wife Magdalena), and numerous nieces and nephews

Henry's family finds peace in knowing that he is now at rest, reunited with his loved ones, and in God's care. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Visitation for Henry will be held Monday, May 5, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237 with a Chapel service at 9:30 AM, Burial will follow at Emmanuel Assembly of God, Poth, TX 78147, The family of Henry request all family and friends to meet at the cemetery once chapel service concludes.
