Henry Morgan Cook Army Col. Jr. US Ret

He was born June 23, 1922, in Belton, Texas, to the late Henry and Maude Cook.

Not only did Henry serve his country, but he also served his community as a physician for many years.

He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy L. Cook.

Henry is survived by their children, Carol Ann Stephens, Henry M. "Rick" Cook, III, William M. Cook and The Rev. James B. Cook; and 7 grandchildren.
