Irmgard "Granny" Muenchow

Irmgard Toni Muenchow passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the age of 93 in Floresville, TX. She was born in Marion, TX to Herman and Anna Rahe on July 4, 1924. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband of 62 years, Harry Hugo Muenchow. She is survived by her loving daughters: Therea Lee (John) and Kim Cameron; grandchildren: Scott Lee (Rachel), Andy Lee (Georgia), Jennifer Cardenas (Jorge), Amy Wills; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends. Irmgard was very family orientated, she loved to bake, sew, and quilt. She had a green thumb when it came to gardening. She worked as a nurse for over thirty years. Visitation will begin on Monday, June 18, 2018 from 6pm-8pm at Sunset Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held the next day on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 2pm at the Sunset Mausoleum Chapel II with Entombment to follow at Sunset Mausoleum II.
