Ivy was a resident of San Antonio since 1982. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church where she was head usher and had been active in the Emmaus Community.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jean and son, Bob.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan Jean Haynes and husband Paul of San Antonio and Mary Elizabeth Repole and husband Brian of San Antonio; seven grandchildren, Katie and Whitney Repole, Matt Campbell, Megan Hartman, Stacie Haynes, Courtney Haynes and Molly Andrews; two brothers and two sisters.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
