Jaime Perez

Jaime Perez went to be with the Lord and Savior on September 22, 2016. Jaime was born December 4, 1963 in San Antonio, Texas to his parents Jesusa “Susie” Perez (Rodriguez) and Jose “J.B.” Carrisales. He grew up on Navidad Street with his grandparents.

Jaime was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was a people person who had a passion for food and cooking. Mole, caldos, brisket and barbecue chicken were some of his specialties, but no one could top his homemade salsa. Jaime loved to have a good time and fed anyone who came by his home. He was also known to be the life of the party and loved to dance. Laughing and joking around while dancing to his favorite music which included Tejano, oldies, George Strait, and disco.

Jaime was a jack of all trades working as truck driver, Fruitero, and a cook with USAA for 23 years. He could sell anything from watermelons to newspapers, to cascarones

Jaime is survived by his loving wife, Patricia J. Mora Perez, his 9 children, 16 grandchildren and a host of extended family and close friends.
