Mr. Roman,
I will miss you old man. I am thankful for being apart of your life for the past 13 years. I had the pleasure of enjoying all of your foods, but my favorite was your Mexican rice. I would always ask you to make that one specifically for me on holidays, and guess what? You always did. You gave me a hard time and always talked mess to me, but I know it was all out of love. I also gave you a hard time about your “Pajamas”, but that was you, you were one of a kind. 
 We will never forgot you, the boys will always love and miss their “Popo” so much. We will always make sure to share our memories with Luca. I’m so glad he got to have some time with his popo. He loved you from the moment we surprised you coming back home from Korea. He loved your beard and pulling on it. Each of your grandsons had their own special bond with you, and I am thankful for that. You would jam out to Marc Anthony in the red van with Isaiah, Make chicken for Landan after school and sit together on your couch, and Luca only wanted you when you were holding him ( momo got jealous lol)
 You loved all of your kids and grandkids so much. They all love you. 
I am thankful for all the memories.

It will never be the same waking into to your house and not seeing you on your couch, But I know you are in a better place watching over all of us, you are at peace and not in pain. I know you are in heaven working out up there and looking down telling us to stop crying.

I am very grateful to have spent Thanksgiving with Mr. Roman this past year in our new home. I will never forget your home cooked meals. Omar and myself will be very blessed to carry your memory’s with your soon to be granddaughter. You will forever be missed but never forgotten. We love you. 

Thank you for always being hard on us to be the best version of ourselves. All the memories, laughs, and amazing food will never be forgotten. In your firm voice, “See you soon.”

I love you dad. Even though I gave you a hard time and you gave me a hard time we learned to forgive each other. You showed me what it was to be a man and how to take care of your family. Don’t worry about us old man. I will be here for mom, Sara, and Mito. We’re going to be ok because you showed us how to be ok. Rest In Peace Superman. The strongest man I know, and will ever know.
