James Michael Dixon

Mr. James M. Dixon, 77, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born in Refugio, Texas, and grew up in Alice, Texas. He attended Texas A&I University in Kingsville where he graduated with a Bachelor`s in Education majoring in history and economics. He loved to travel and spent time living in Germany and England before settling in the San Antonio area. He was an Eagle Scout and remained active in scouting with his son and grandon until his passing. He enjoyed studying the bible and attended Bible Study Fellowship for over 20 years. He was preceded in death by, his parents, James W. and Alice (Riley) Dixon. James is survived by his wife of almost 56 years, Jeanene; son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Celeste Dixon; grandchildren, Price and Samantha Dixon; daughter, Amy Dixon; and brother, Patrick Dixon.
