
James Drexler, age 71, of San Antonio, died on Tuesday, November 27, 2001. He recently celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends by renewing his vows. He retired with 32 years service as a distinguished salesman from Oscar Mayer Co. and then was a contractor for the U.S. Postal Service at Countryside Plaza. He was a dedicated father and grandfather who enjoyed coaching his children in all of their activities. He was passionate about playing golf, bridge and the Green Bay Packers. He was a loyal, loving friend to all who knew him. His brother, Danny, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Natalie Drexler of San Antonio; sons, Paul Drexler and wife Nancy of Humble, TX, and Andy Drexler and wife Bonnie of Bulverde, TX; daughters, Amy Drexler of Dixon, MT, and Anne Marie Glasoe and husband Tony of Trophy Club, TX; grandchildren, Ryan and Matt Drexler of Bulverde, TX, Hunter Glasoe of Trophy Club, TX, and James and Meredith Drexler of Humble, TX; brothers, Joseph Drexler, Jr. and wife Gladys of Greenlake, WI, and Tom Drexler and wife Mary Ann of Palm Harbor, Florida; sister, Virginia Salzer and husband Joseph of Oshkosh, WI; sister-in-law, Helen Drexler of Cedarburg, WI; numerous nieces and nephews.
