James served in the U.S. Air Force receiving many decorations and medals.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
James is survived by his wife, Aurora West; daughter, Mary Catherine West and step-son, Arthur E. Fuentes.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
