He is preceded in death by his loving parents; sons: James Edward Worthey, Roy Thomas Selsor; and one brother: James Don Worthey.
He is survived by his loving wife Viola Moehrig Worthey, daughters: Amber Ann McKenney, Brandi Norton; granddaughters: Jewelli Norton, Jodi Norton, Grace Guest; brother: Richard Neal Worthey and numerous family members and friends.
Dan was a loving husband, father and grandfather who adored his family especially his granddaughters. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp where he earned several medals. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and repairman extraordinaire. Dan could fix anything and everything. Dan will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 6pm-8pm at Sunset Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held the next day on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 11am at the funeral home with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
