Jarrett Donald Carr

Jarrett Donald Carr, age 43, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born August 21, 1978 in Houston, Texas to Cindi and Don Carr. He graduated from Churchill High School in 1996.

After graduation, Jarrett accepted a position with MCS in Dallas and shortly after was transferred to the San Antonio office.

Emily and Jarrett welcomed their first child of three, Sicily Ann in 2002, followed by Paisely Renee and Robert Drake.

“Bear” liked spending time BBQing, hunting and fishing – activities he enjoyed best with his son, nephews, father, brother, and brother-in-law. His true passion was spending time with his children.

Jarrett was preceded in death by his grandparents, Helen and Bob Carr and Yvonne and M.D. Fleetwood and uncle, Richard Jean Fleetwood. He is survived by his children, Sicily, Paisley, and Drake as well as their mother Emily; parents, Cindy and Don; brother, Adam and wife Tanya; sister, Gabi and husband Zach; nephews, Jackson, Harrison, and Finley; as well as numerous extended family members and a lifetime of friends.

It goes without saying that Bear will be deeply missed. He made us smile without knowing it and we are better people for having known him. It is with grateful hearts that his family thanks you for your support now and in the days to come.
