Jerry B. Gartman

Jerry graduated from Nacogdoches High School and Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, where he earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. He was an educator, coach and administrator. Jerry loved traveling in his recreational vehicle and playing golf. He served as an officer of Cactus Campers R.V. Group. Jerry served for three years in the U.S. Air Force where he was stationed at Lackland Air Force Base. He loved his family very much and enjoyed being with his grandchildren as much as possible.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Archie W. Gartman; mother, Lorene Gartman; and son, Jerry Bob Gartman, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Julia Gartman; son, G. W. (Bill) Gartman; son, Steven Joe Gartman; daughter, Lousie Diane Fellows and husband P.J.; son, Robbie E. Gartman and wife Joanna; daughter, Katherine Skinner and husband David; grandchildren, Jeremy and Michael Gartman, Jason Fellows, Sheena Fellows, Shannon, Bryce and Callie Gartman, Jordan and Alexandra Skinner and Peter LeDoux; and special friend, Ray Thompson.
