

She was born on October 2, 1921 in Wilson, Oklahoma. Mrs. Milburn was the daughter of the late Grace and Claude James.
She was a graduate of The School of Public Health, University of California at Berkeley.
Mrs. Milburn was an active civic leader throughout her life, with a special interest in the medical community.
She was a past president of Bexar County Medical Society Auxiliary, Texas Medical Association Auxiliary, and Southern Medical Association Auxiliary.
She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church for 60 years and was involved in many other organizations, including Southwest Foundation Forum, Council of Presidents, National Association of Parliamentarians and Cancer Center Council.
Mrs. Milburn was preceded in death by her husbands, Dr. Oliver H. Timmins, Jr. and Dr. Graham B. Milburn.
She is survived by her children, Joan Timmins, Kingston upon Thames, England, Oliver H. Timmins III and wife, Cindy of San Antonio, Texas, James Timmins and wife, Alice of Houston, Texas, and step-daughter Michele Milburn Kauffman and husband, Dr. Robert Kauffman of Amarillo, Texas; grandchildren Catherine Timmins, Caroline Timmins, James Timmins, Jr., Lee Timmins, Elisabeth Kauffman and Mary Kauffman, along with many loving cousins and her dear friends Diana Potter, Dariela Zertuche and Rachel Holcomb.
The family would like to thank her wonderful doctors and the staff at Regent Care, Oakwell Farms.
