Joann Archer, age 68, of San Antonio, died Monday, December 17, 2001. She was a Past Worthy Matron of Harlandale Chapter #750 Order of the Eastern Star and Past Mother Advisor of Harlandale Chapter #139 Order of the Rainbow for Girls. Mrs. Archer was employed with Civil Service for 27 years, some of which included working for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Western District in San Antonio. Preceded in death by her mother and father, Minnie and Marvin Robinson, she is survived by her husband of 48 years, Forrest H. Archer; daughter, Candy Posey and husband, Dan, Granite Shoals, TX; brother, James Robinson, Norfolk, VA; granddaughter, Michelle Posey, San Antonio; and grandson, Joshua Posey, Granite Shoals, TX.
