Joe A. Cubillos was born on October 20th, 1960 to Fidencio G. Cubillos and Maria Del Carmen A. Cubillos. He was received into God's hands April 19,2021. A member of the United States Navy. He loved art, sports, and most of all his faith, and his family.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Trinidad G.Cubillos and parents Fidencio G. Cubillos and Maria Del Carmen A. Cubillos.

He is survived by his siblings Trinidad C. Perez, Mary C. Flores, Rosa C. Avila, Frank A. Cubillos and Robert A. Cubillos. Along with his daughters and son. Crystal L. Jimenez, Christine L. Moreno, Judy Cubillos-Garibay, Elizabeth A. Sotello and Isias Matos. Grandchildren Xaviera L. Garzes, Zale S. Mata, Eithan E. Moreno, Joshua J. Sotello, Jayden J. Garibay, Elijah I. Garibay, Aiden E. Moreno, lan G. Garibay and great grandchildren Emerlynn Chavarria, Cassian S. Matos. A joyful and inspirational soul that will forever be with those who love him.
