

He enlisted in the Army Air Corp in September 1941 and was stationed at Forster Field, Victoria, Texas. After attending OCS at Fort Knox, Kentucky in 1943, Jack was assigned to Lackland Air Force Base where he met and married Mary Frances Woodard from Luling, Texas.
After military service he attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas and upon graduation in 1948 joined the accounting firm of Eaton & Huddle, C.P.A.s which later merged with the international accounting firm now known as KPMG.
Among other positions he served the firm as managing partner of both the San Antonio and Atlanta offices. He served on St. Mary's University's Board of Trustees in 1959 and received Distinguished Alumnus award in 1960. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church; Member and Past Grand Commander, Bejar Caravan No. 56 Order of Alhambra; member and past President Serra Club of San Antonio; member and past Grand Knight Council 4140 Knights of Columbus; member Knights of Columbus Assembly 2102; member Texas Society of C.P.A.s - past president of local chapter; member American Institute of C.P.A.s.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Kramer; daughter, Mrs. Kathy Pfeiffer and husband Warren; sons, William J. Kramer, and James F. Kramer and spouse Therese; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and sister, Rosemary Meyer of Marengo, Illinois.
Honorary pallbearers are Tom Holton, Bob Boerner, Jack Danysh, Maurice Trial, Stan Dydek, Jay DeWitt and Mike Clay.
