John Kevin Mannix

John is survived by his loving wife, Francesca Billups Mannix, their three children, Marguerite, Felicia and John Luke; his brother Tom Mannix and wife Regina, his sister Pat Shea, brother Michael Mannix, and sister-in-law Barbara Newman; brother and sisters-in-law (and their spouses): LeAnn Billups, Liza and Jack Lewis, Jaime and Nancy Billups, and Marci and Fife Symington; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

Francie and John met in New York City and were married in 1991. They lived in Dallas until 2000, then moved to San Antonio where they have raised their family.

John was a devoted husband and a wonderful father.

He loved being with his family, was always engaged in his commercial real estate business, and enjoyed spending time in the Texas Hill Country.
