John E. Nickle was born February 18, 1947. This true Texan entered into rest on January 16, 2013. He is survived by wife, Deborah; daughter, Suzanne Sembera; sons, Pablo Ruiz III, John Parker Nickle and Joe Hernandez; granddaugters, Cynthia and Cathryn; grandsons, Joshua, Zachary and Chance. John is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Pat Nickle; niece, Lauren and a host of friends and family. We will remember John’s compassion, illuminating smile, contagious laughter and strong work ethic.
Services
The family will receive visitors on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. prior to a Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be conducted on Monday January 28, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment and full Military Honors will immediately follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Heaven has opened its gate for this servant of God.
