Thought of you guys often and always have had great stories . John was a good friend Eileen and I loved him very much. Sounds stupid but if there is anything I can do please call. I have had the pleasure of knowing John for about 10yrs, he was aleays in a good mood everytime he would come to see the doctor CLK that I worked for 10 yrs with. Not a visit passed that would not ask about how my daughter was doing and if she was spending all my money shopping. Prior to her arrival John gave me his finishing nailer to finish her nursary just as long as I would bring him pictures of my work. I will never forget the kindness that John has showed me over the years. Takecare John and will have a beer someday and jam to The Stones. My thought's are will his family what a great and I do mean great guy.

Dear Eileen and Family, 
I ran into a teacher assistant I worked with from MacArthur HS over the weekend-at Walmart. She told me that someone's husband had passed away quite suddenly from central office...she could only remember that the last name started with an "R". You have been on my mind all day because you were the only person I could think of with an "R" last name. I am so sorry to hear about your loss! I'm glad you took those trips away with your husband for your anniversaries, etc. Those will always be good memories to think about during difficult times. John was the light of my sister, Eileen's, life! He filled her heart and his family's with the love and devotion a husband and father could give. We will all miss John and his zest for life. He loved his grandkids, his life by the pool, the beach any beach, and he will be greatly missed. Love you, John! Watch over my sister! She misses you and you will always have a special place in our heart!

I just can't find the words to tell you how sorry I am to hear the passing of John...we do know that he is with our beautiful Lord Jesus Christ and our God is GOOD. It's to complicated to question and ask why, we just need to know he is in a better place. I just wanted to jot down a small note in your guestbook to tell you we are thinking of you and if ever, you need anything please let us know. Eileen, I just wanted to extend my prayers with you and your family in the loss of a good husband, father and friend. I will always remember the times we had when I worked with John and Mike at Farcoast USA. I remember the times we would build a deck for a client and set on the tailgate of my truck when we were finished, and drink a cold one or two and talk about how good our work looked. I spoke with John last year and he said he was doing well and you guys were too. I know he will be missed, but he will be at peace.
