Johnnie Moore

Johnnie Moore, age 63, passed away on August 22, 2025. Born on May 14, 1962, Johnnie was a man whose heart was as big as his smile. He was known for always putting others before himself and for his warm and caring nature that touched the lives of so many.

Johnnie was a true football fan, proudly cheering for his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and the Rams. He loved to cook out, filling gatherings with laughter, good food, and his favorite music by The Temptations. Johnnie had a passion for dancing, no matter how much pain he carried, he always kept his moves, bringing joy to everyone around him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carrie; his daughters, Tammary and Arnesha; his stepdaughter, Emily; his stepsons, Jonathan and Jordan; as well as numerous grandchildren, extended family, and many friends who will cherish his memory.

Johnnie is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Moore and Arledatha Jones, along with his 16 siblings, who now welcome him with love in heaven.

Johnnie’s life was one of love, strength, and joy. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the light and happiness he shared with all who knew him.
