He was born in El Dorado, Arkansas to Woodrow Wilson Burleson and Gracie Alice McWilliams Burleson on December 17, 1942.
Johnny is survived by his daughter, Amber Leigh Madison (Jeff); son, Johnny Wilson Burleson, Jr.; grandsons, Brandon John Burleson, Hunter Ray Madison and Cody Lane Mitchell; granddaughter, Kayce Morgan Mitchell; grandson, Tristan Maddox Mitchell; granddaughter Brooklynn Rayleigh Madison and grandson, Jett Rayder Madison.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
