Jorge Richard Farias

Jorge Richard Farias, better known as Sonny, born August 2, 1964, was called to be with the Lord on September 11, 2020, with his children by his side. He was preceded in death by his Parents Otilio & Janie Farias and Sister Maria A. Perez. He is survived by his children Michelle V. Garcia (Chris), Jorge Farias Jr, Granddaughter Zoe Jane Garcia, Brother in-law Armando L Perez, 4 nieces and 1 nephew.

A life-long San Antonio resident, Sonny graduated from Sam Houston High School and spent most of his life in the automotive detail business. He was a loving and devoted Father and Grandfather. His greatest accomplishments in life were his children, which he spent all his free time with making sure they knew how much they were loved. His favorite pastime was to BBQ with friends and family, always being the joker because he loved to make people laugh. Sonny will be deeply missed by friends & family.
